Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you have a showroom?

A: No, we never have and never will operate a showroom. We specialize in free in-home service. It also allows us to cut out the single biggest piece of overhead that most of our competitors have, which allows us to undercut their prices in most cases.

Since virtually every job we do involves installation, we must come into your home anyway to get accurate measurements for materials. We bring samples out with us in the styles you prefer, and can give you a price on the spot. This also allows you to see the products in your own environment, where they can look substantially different from a retail store.

Q: If I buy the material somewhere else, will you install it?

A: No. We only offer installation on the material we sell. Since there is a wide range of inferior materials on the market, and we are required to guarantee our installations, we will only sell and install quality materials that have proven to be reliable over the years.

If you already have the material, and it cannot be returned, we recommend you have the company that sold you the material install it.

Q: What brands do you carry?

A: We carry virtually everything. There are very few products that we cannot get from our suppliers. If you’re looking for something specific, we’ll be happy to track it down for you.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: We have chosen not to accept credit cards since the credit companies take 3% of the amount of the charge. We have instead chosen to pass this savings onto our customers as a discounted price.

Q: Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

A: Yes. We are licensed for both residential and commercial, as well as fully bonded and insured. Please feel free to view our license info at the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website (www.azroc.gov). Our license number is listed at the bottom of this page.

Q: If I know the dimensions of my room(s), can you give me a price over the phone?

A: We can give general pricing of material installed per square foot/yard, but most people do not measure correctly for material, especially carpet, which does not convert to square yardage with simple division. Remember, when estimating your costs, always figure in a minimum 10-15% waste factor for all hard surface products to allow for unusable cuts.
